2. Selection of one or more manufacturers for the purpose of obtaining a quotation; either according to your specifications or from our own very extensive database.
   
   
3. Your order placement with us.
   
   
4. Review of the order by our own compliance department.
   
   
5. Positive verification: the order will be activate or
   Negative verification: the order will be cancelled
   
   
6. The goods supplied by the manufacturers are thoroughly checked by our own trained staff. (Incoming goods inspection and also outgoing goods inspection).
   
   
7. The goods are prepared for shipment (labelling, marking, export packaging).
   
   
8. Acceptance of the goods by an independent inspection company is possible at the customer's request.
   
   
9. Loading/shipping by air freight, truck, ship or combined, according to customer requirements.
   
   
10. The customer receives his goods and the order process is hereby completed.
